Intel International Science & Engineering Fair
TICKET ORDER FORM

Please complete and mail this form no later than Friday, April 18, 2008. Your ticket(s) will not be mailed to you but will be held for pick-up at conference registration. A confirmation of your order will be mailed to you. Pre-registration is advised because decisions to cancel low-enrollment tours (less than 40) will be made by Friday, April 18, 2008. Your money will be refunded in full if a low-enrollment tour is canceled; otherwise no refunds or exchanges will be made after Friday, April 18, 2008. Limited on-site tour registrations will be accepted at the Georgia World Congress Center. There will be a $5.00 on-site registration processing fee assessed. Tour space and availability cannot be guaranteed so early registration is strongly encouraged. Payment must be in US funds.
